Tract 1: North East 26A Spur - South off Highway 20, just coming into Waterbury. Corner of 2nd Street & North East 26A Spur - Northside.

Tract 2: South of Waterbury on 590 Avenue to 591 Avenue, go two miles to 591 Avenue, to the corner of 591 Avenue & 867 Road, turn East on 867 Road, and go half of a mile. 40AC on the South side of 867 Road.
