Tract 1: 80.00 Acres of prime central Illinois farmland located on County Road 500 East in Piatt County. This tract has 78.22 cropland acres. The soils consist of Elburn silt loan, Drummer silty clay loam, Proctor silt loam, and Flanagan silt loam with an average weighted PI of 141.0.

Tract 2: 135.22 Acres of high quality central Illinois farmland located on County Road 500 East in Piatt County. This tract has 78.22 cropland acres. The soils consist of Flanagan silt loam, Dana silt loam, and Drummer silty clay loam with an average weighted PI of 136.8. There is an old building site on the east side of the tract with a barn and shed.

Tract 3: 80.00 Acres of quality central Illinois farmland located on County Road 500 East in Piatt County. This tract has 75.61 cropland acres.
