Approximately 17 miles west of Brady, Tx. in western McCulloch County. The main topographical feature of this place is Brady Creek. The property has over half a mile of frontage on both sides of this creek. The area around the creek is well wooded with mesquite, live oak, native Pecan, Indian soapberry and other trees. City water is available very near by. Whitetail deer reside on the property along with turkey and quail. It is excellent dove habitat with fields that can be planted to wheat or sunflowers.
