The house has exquisite Federal mouldings, door and window surrounds, chair railings, and chimney-pieces, and beautiful wood floors . . . mostly original. It also has museum quality colors and furnishings. It sits high on a hill with commanding views of the fields and of Muddy Creek, a boundary line, from the luxurious front gallery. The grounds of Selma are wonderful rolling hills, large pastures, and forested areas.
