Description: This is a 48-acre tract of continuous land with a foothold in two counties. The paved road frontage on Barbour County 130 runs for over 1,450 ft. There is power along this paved road and is easily accessible. The field in the NW corner is around 5 acres. There is a cemetery marked on the map that may or may not exist. In other words, I have not found any sign of it in the field. There is also a 7-acre old farm field along the southern boundary of this property. The soil composition appears to be a sandy loam and would be suitable for building on and running an efficient septic system. This is also known to be decent farm soil from growing timber to crops.

The remainder of the property is planted 2-year-old Loblolly Pine that consists of around 36 acres. The western side of the property is about 20 acres in Barbour County with paved road frontage while the majority of the acreage lies in Henry County with dirt road frontage.

There is plenty of game on this property to hunt. Deer and turkey are known to be in good numbers here.
