Farm #1:160 +/- acres located from Meno, 3 miles south on The Meno/Ames Blacktop, then 1 miles west OR 2 miles west on U.S. 412, then 2 1/2 miles south. According to the F.S.A., there are 159 acres of cropland with a 157.9 acre wheat base and 32 bushels per acre yield. Principal soil types are Lovedale fine sandy loam and Meno loamy fine sand both Class II, and Nobscot fine sand Class III.
