The views from this lot are, without question, spectacular. They are over 180 degrees, sweeping from the hills and Palmer Lake to the North, Woodmoor and Monument to the East, South to the edge of Colorado Springs, and Southwest to the National Forest. Elephant Rock and other beautiful rock formations are also encompassed in the views. The lot is partially treed, with pines to the West, and is largely covered with scrub oak. NOTE: The driveway and building site have been cleared for access to the views from the house site. The heavy rains have washed the driveway and it not presently passable by automobile. Be careful when walking up the driveway.
