Suzanne Bussen will offer 485± acres of irrigated and dryland cropland at ABSOLUTE PUBLIC AUCTION on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at the Event Center in Sharon Springs, Kansas.

TRACT 1 consists of an outstanding half-section of irrigated cropland, serviced by two irrigation wells located approximately ½ mile south of the property. Both wells are equipped with new submersible pumps, each capable of delivering 500 GPM to the pivots. Well test information is available through the auction company. The seller planted wheat on the tract this fall; all wheat will transfer to the buyer with reimbursement for planting expenses.

TRACT 2 features a highly desirable dryland quarter located directly south of Tract 1. This open, productive tract is ready for immediate ownership and operation.
