The irrigation equipment consists of a 6 turbine pump, Randolph 55 hp gearhead with a 6 cyl. natural gas engine. Possession will be upon closing or following the harvest of the growing wheat, whichever is later.

Tract 2 This tract consists of 107.7 acres of productive cropland and the remaining 52.3 acres are in improved grass. The FSA records indicate a 53.4 acre wheat base with an avg. yield of 34 bu./a.; 3.30 acres of milo base and the average yield is 36 bu./a. and 31.20 acres of peanut base with an average yield of 3285 lbs./a. This farm is enrolled in PLC. The irrigation equipment consists of a 6 turbine pump, Randolph 75 hp gearhead with a 6 cyl. natural gas engine. Possession will be upon closing or following the harvest of the growing wheat, whichever is later.

Tract 3 This tract is currently in improved and native grasses. The FSA record shows 28.63 of cropland with 20.8 acres of milo base with a 36 bu./a. average yield. Year-round stock water is provided by Lake Creek and other spring-fed streams. Possession will be upon closing.

Tract 4 The FSA records indicate this 90 acre tract consists of 75.1 acres of cropland. Currently, there is approximately 50 acres in wheat and the remaining 39 acres are in improved grass. There is an irrigation well with a 6 turbine pump, 60 hp gearhead and natural gas engine. Stock water is provided by a domestic water well and stock tank. Possession will be upon closing or upon harvest of the growing wheat crop on the cropland, whichever is later. Possession of the grassland will be Jan. 1, 2019
