5 acres in Bryan County, Georgia

This is Lowcountry living at its best. Imagine 5 acres, zoned for horses, with a spring-fed pond, spectacular views of the marsh and tidal creek access. Woodlands along the property line offer privacy and shade. Custom built in 2005, this spacious home features bamboo floors, ceramic tile, master suite w/double vanities, jet tub and separate shower, and a huge walk-in closet. With wide halls throughout and an open floorplan, the home offers a perfect mix of communal and private spaces. Work in your own office, and relax year-round in your climate-controlled sunroom.

The spacious deck off the back of the house is easily accessed from several rooms, and is perfect for entertaining, or just spending quiet time outdoors. Great white heron, osprey, and dozens of other birds and species of wildlife -- including whitetail deer -- inhabit the immediate area. In winter months (we have mild winters here), gather round the fireplace in the great room, which features glass doors and panoramic views of the marsh.

The house is constructed with concrete siding, with a covered two-car carport. It is in immaculate condition and ready for move in. The area is horse friendly, and this property can be easily fenced to create an intimate equestrian estate. Fishing is another favorite activity in Richmond Hill, with several exciting tournaments throughout the year.

Richmond Hill is a highly desirable area of Coastal Georgia; it offers both saltwater and freshwater environments. Two marinas, waterfront dining, outdoor recreational areas and Ft. McAllister Park are within a 5 to 10 minute drive. Historic Savannah is just 30 minutes away, and a trip to the beach is an hour by car or 20 minutes by boat.
