Picture was taken in area but not of exact lot. Recreational acreage located west of Cedar City and approx. 19 miles north of Modena on the Hamblin Valley Road. This area is level, nicely wooded with pinion and juniper trees and is well known for it abundance of pinenuts. Water rights are not included with this sale and power would need to be generated.

It is a great area for those that love the out of doors and is a perfect get-away from the busy city life. Cathedral Gorge, a beautiful area with unique rock formations, is a short drive away.
