The 50 acre Porter Tract is located on Briarwood Rd just SW of Williston. This tract consists of pine and hardwood mix. Well drained soils should accommodate conventional septic system (verify with DHEC) for a nice, secluded home site. Porter Tract would also be suitable for hunting.

The owner WILL consider a subdivision of this tract, dividing it by Briarwood Road into approximately 33+/- acres on the north side, and 17+/- acres on the south. The price per acre, if subdivided, will be higher than the price for the whole. Purchaser at their expense, shall have the new survey completed in this case.
