It also has a large screened in porch. The caretakers house has 1,500 sq. ft., with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.

In a picturesque setting, in front of the main house, the private lake is fed by two springs and is about 30 to 35 deep. Stocked with bass, many hours have been spent enjoying the fishing.

Surrounded by nature, one can enjoy the beautiful woods, the azaleas and dogwoods in the spring, daffodils in late winter, and the wildflowers in late spring and summer. The stars are magnificent in the absence of city lights.
