Located between Jonesville and Ferriday off Hwy. 84 on Archer road. This tract was part of the Concordia State WMA. Cypress brakes make for good duck hunting and the mixed hardwoods and surrounding habitat add to the deer hunting quality. There are several deer stands and food plots in place.

The access is excellent along Archer road. There are two camp site locations with power and water hook-ups for several trailers on the north end of the property making it a good tract for a small group.

There is a conservation easement on the property but the timber can be harvested.
