The 500 acre Anderson Butte Road Tree Farm is located four miles southwest of Medford, along Anderson Butte Road, and has an estimated 760 MBF of primarily Douglas-fir on 130 acres, based on a cruise in April 2018. The balance of the tract has 15 year-old reproduction on the balance of 350 acres. A pre-commercial thinning was done about 15 years ago on 50 acres, with some remaining residual merch volume. The property has mostly north-facing slopes. Griffin Creek runs along the northern section of the tree farm. Access is in the northeast section from Griffin Creek Road via an easement. The Douglas-fir site index is III. The logging roads are rocked, and provide access throughout the property.

BLM is the adjoining owner to the west and southeast. Hancock Timber Resources is the adjoining owner to the east, and private owners are to the north and south. The tree farm has excellent access to nearby log markets in Medford, White City, and Grants Pass.
