Dempsey Auction Company is pleased to announce an auction for the sale of 5,048 acres situated in the above one Alabama County and three Georgia Counties. The auction will take place, rain or shine, at the Heflin Recreation Center in Heflin, Alabama. The Heflin Recreation Center is located at 1228 Coleman Street; Heflin Alabama.

The property in this sale is currently managed by The Campbell Group, LLC and marketed through Jefferson Timber Properties, LLC. This sale consists of 28 tracts ranging in size from 18 acres to 817 acres.

The properties vary from pine plantations, both young and old, to natural pine and hardwood timber stands along creeks. All of the properties are well managed for timber, wildlife and recreational purposes. Many of the pine plantations are ready or will soon be ready for harvest.
