Encompassing 5,048 acres, Winnemucca Ranch is comprised of 67 deeded parcels ranging in size from 40 to 320 acres. Winnemucca Ranch is a large cattle ranch situated in a scenic setting 30 miles north of Reno. This offering includes a BLM grazing allotment, water rights and long term approval for a 5,000 home master planned community, making it virtually the largest holding acreage proximate to the Reno/Sparks area.

The BLM allotment consists of 48,000 acres and authorizes 3,230 active AUMs. Most of the deeded property is located in what is known as Upper Dry Valley and Lower Dry Valley, whose floors feature irrigated meadows and natural springs flowing from the mountainsides.
