This parcel is not too far off Hwy 93 to the East and the Winecup Ranch to the North. The North South road that heads South of the Winecup or which goes North from Moor passes through corner of the property. Most of the trees had been burned off in a fire of the past but groves of trees, Pinyon Pine and Utah Juniper, still remain. There is a fence on the South side of the property. Elk, Mule Deer and Antelope are in and around the property on a regular basis.
