Quanah, TX 79252 - Hardeman County

The 4 Corners South Ranch is a great combination cattle and hunting ranch located between Chillicothe and Quanah Texas just off of Highway 287 in Hardeman County Texas. The property consists of 518 +/- acres of cultivation and native pasture. Approximately 134 +/- Acres are in cultivation. The property is located directly south of 4 Corners North Ranch which is located on the south side of Lake Pauline which brings in all kinds of wildlife to the area. It has several earthen tanks along with 1 solar-powered water well. On the south side of the property, there is a set of corrals for working cattle. The entire property is fenced and is in fair to good shape.

Location

The 4 Corners North Ranch is located approximately 3 miles south of Highway 287 between Quanah and Chillicothe Texas. It is accessed by turning west on 4 corners road about 2.8 miles to the west. The ranch is located on the south side of 4 Corners Road.

HUNTING AND RECREATION

The hunting on the 4 Corners South Ranch has plenty of elevation changes on the south side of the property. The area is home to trophy whitetail deer, turkey, quail, hogs, and dove. The cultivated fields could also provide great forage for the deer in the winter.
