There are 22 acres of longleaf pine planted in 1999. These trees offer potential annual income from pine straw sales and future income from timber harvesting. Proper management of the longleaf stand will provide improving wildlife habitat over time.

22 acres of loblolly pine were planted in 2012. The loblolly stand will also provide timber revenue and improving wildlife habitat in the future. Some of the loblolly acreage could easily be converted into wildlife openings and food plots immediately.

In addition to the planted pine stands, the property includes 9 acres of seasonal creek bottom with hardwood timber, and there are 3 acres of open land which has been planted as food plots for deer.
