There are two living quarters, which can sleep a total of 27 people. The main house is constructed of Austin stone with a standing seam metal roof and containing four bedrooms. (One king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, one bunk room), two family rooms with fireplaces, one office, a breakfast/dining room and kitchen. The house was remodeled and updated in 2006. The house contains 2,564 square feet of air conditioned space with central air and heat. There is one window unit serving the bunk room.

The second living quarter (the Annex) is a two story facility built in 2008 constructed of limestone and wood with a standing seam metal roof. The first floor of the building contains a three-bay garage with drive-thru capabilities, one large storage room with shelving, one food pantry, and a gun storage room. Total square footage of the first floor is 2,364 square feet.

The second story of the Annex contains the living quarters. There are 10 beds total in four bedrooms. There are two bunk-rooms with separate baths, one king room and one queen room with separate dressing rooms and a common bath facility, a full kitchen and large great room. The second story contains 2,408 square feet.
