Considered by some to be one of the best duck hunting tracts in the south Arkansas. Four creeks run into this tract enabling approximately 90% to be flooded and controlled by structures on the south end of the property. A water well is in place with a network of underground pipe for the dry years when rainfall is inadequate. Comes with a 5 bedroom, 2-bath camp, a 30’ observation tower and several duck blinds, one being a very unique duck blind built 40’ high in a cypress tree. The deer hunting is also good around the perimeter of the property and the duck hunting has a proven history. All behind locked gates with gravel road access.
