This is a horse persons dream farm. Everything is of high quality and well maintained. There are nine different pastures/paddocks of varying sizes designed to accommodate your horses health needs and your preferred riding styles. There is a small pony patch to limit the horses access to grass, a 7+ acre pasture for limited grazing, a wooded pasture with minimal grass access, the South Arena that provides approximately 1-1/2 acres with some trees and a 12 x 12 run-in, a 24-acre Main Pasture which is subdivided, and numerous smaller paddocks. All pastures have Nelson Heated Waterers!

The Main Pasture in the Spring yields 1300 1500 square bales of excellent Bermuda Grass, Fescue and some Clover. In the Fall, you can generally count on 800-1100 square bales, making this farm very self sufficient for hay.

Although there are some trails on this property, the trails in surrounding woods have always been available to this owner.

The Covered Arena provides an attractive area for workouts during inclement weather. The surface is mulched tire rubber. In the South Arena, there is a Dressage Arena lighted for night riding.

The Main Barn is set up to allow your horses to come and go from their stalls as they choose. It has eight permanent stalls and the outside barn has removable panels that can accommodate another nine stalls. (This farm at one time did Therapeutic Riding for Special Needs as a North American Riding for the Handicapped Association stable.) All the stalls have Nelson Heated Waterers.
