I have looked at a lot of ranches over the last 20 years and I would say hands down this is one of the nicest places that I have ever seen. Roads have been bladed and crowned along with an extensive culvert and drainage system. Whately creek and the river frontage is simply amazing. The river is wide and deep. The views are some of the best that I have ever seen. The home is very nice but yet still gives you that country feel. The barns are very usable and there is plenty of space to keep all of your equipment out of the Texas sun. Lastly, its all about the location.
