Parcel 9 of 9 consists of 555.90 acres, m/l. The farm is located 4 miles north of Kewanee, IL on the west side of Illinois Highway 78. Farm has road frontage on E 2600 St. on the West, N 1200 Ave on the south and IL-Hwy. 78 on the east.

Farm has 526.56 FSA crop acres with a P.I. of 109.1. Crop acres are currently planted in trees.

The acres currently planted to young black walnut trees can efficiently be converted back to their historical use as agricultural land. Alternatively, the black walnut trees may be managed for high-value timber, if desired.
