Property Location: From Valentine, Nebr., at the Cherry County Clinic, go East on Highway 12, 15.3 miles, at 409th Ave., go South 1 mile, then mile east on 904th Ave., go mile south on an unmaintained dirt trail. Or from, Sparks, Nebr., go south on Sparks River Road 1 miles, on 904th Ave., go 1 miles west, then south mile on an unmaintained dirt trail. (This route will put you on the North side of Tract One, about in the middle of the property) Routes will be marked with signage.

Tract Two (2)

Property Location: From Valentine, Nebr., at the Cherry County Clinic, go East on Highway 12, 15.3 miles, at 409th Ave., go South, 1 mile, then east mile on 904th Ave., then mile south on an unmaintained dirt trail. OR from Sparks, Nebr., go south on Sparks River Road 1 miles, on 904th Ave., go 1 miles west, then south mile on an unmaintained dirt trail. (This route will put you on the North side of the Tract One), from the Tract One sign, go west .5 mile on the unmaintained trial, then at the red arrow go south .2 mile. You will have to go thru the barb wire gate with the arrow, to access Tract Two. Signage & arrows will mark the route. There may be livestock in the pasture, so shut the gate.
