The Grant County Road 34 Tract is 60 acres described as NW of NW, W of NE of NW, Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 15 West, containing 60 acres, more or less, Grant County, Arkansas (see maps).

The tract is located five (5) miles North of Poyen near the Fenter community. Access is frontage on Grant County Roads 34 and 68. Terrain is relatively flat. Site index for loblolly pine (base age 50) averages ninety (90) feet on silt and fine sandy loam soils. Timber consists of 1990 pine plantation. Tract offers great recreation / hunting and / or timberland investment. Utilities are available for possible homesite.

Based on inventory of merchantable timber conducted by Kingwood Forestry in March, 2022, estimated tree counts and timber volumes are as follows:

Pine Sawtimber: 3,263 Tons

Pine CNS: 85 Tons

Pine Pulpwood: 46 Tons

Pine Topwood: 396 Tons

Misc. Sawtimber: 32 Tons

Hardwood Pulpwood: 122 Tons
