Sixty acres (±60 acres) of an old working cattle ranch with hwy and Little River frontage. Old working cattle pens, shop, temporary mobile home, and an unfinished log cabin (that is currently being working on) on a bluff overlooking the Little River. The logs from the cabin (dated 1846 (see stone pic pulled from house) ) are reclaimed from Kentucky and another portion (dated 1860s) from Tennessee. These 1800s hewned logs were tagged and carefully taken down, hauled to Oklahoma, and rebuilt together to create a historic cabin overlooking the river! River frontage is nearly 800 feet and includes access to a 3/4 mile long reservoir for year round kayaking or canoeing! Additional acreage is available!
