This is out NE of Fabens, TX down the El Paso pipeline road. Out here you will find some off the grid inhabitants and the Grace Chapel Ministry Church.

Land is located about 1500 ft from the road (see the google earth screen shot). To get to this you would need to offroad or create a road in there.
