Great location and an excellent piece of property for an outdoor enthusiast. Located east side of Colp and 2 1/2 miles west of Herrin, bordering Herrin Road. Filming this property we jumped several deer and turkey. The lake is approximately 3 acres and will provide the new owner with plenty of room to fish.
