FARM LEASE INFORMATION/POSSESSION

There is a Farming Lease currently in effect, covering all of the tillable crop ground acres. Tracts 3, 4, 5 (EXCEPT the west 40 acres), and Tract 7 will be planted to wheat in Fall 2023. Possession shall be at the harvest of the wheat crop in the Summer of 2024. The lease for Tracts 1, 2, 6, 8, and the west 40 acres of Tract 5 expires December 31, 2023. Possession shall be at harvest of the winter crop which could exceed expiration of the lease. Buyer to receive second half of lease payment.
