The ranch is located approximately 20 miles southeast of Post, TX and 65 miles from Lubbock, TX. The property is fenced and cross-fenced with level to rolling pasture land to the north, going to the foothills of the Caprock on the south end of the property. A 22 acre field is located on the northeast portion of the ranch. Trees on the ranch include mesquite, cedar and hackberry. The ranch has a good cover of grass including buffalo grass, sideoats and tabosa.

The home on the ranch is a 1,900 square foot, two-story, log type house with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and great porches front and back. A small building near the house features a huge barbeque pit and great party area. A barn on the property provides equipment storage and there is a set of pipe and wire pens located on the ranch. Water for the home is provided by a cistern however there is a water well located near the house. There are also 4 stock tanks located on the ranch.

Hunting on the ranch includes quail, dove, turkey, ducks, white tail and mule deer, aoudad and wild hogs. Fishing for catfish in the stock tanks can provide another great activity.
