A thoughtfully designed and well managed game-fenced oasis, H3P Ranch is ideally located an hour and a half east of downtown Dallas. The 640 acre retreat is one square mile completely surrounded by county road. This allows for very easy access and monitoring of the entire property.

The ranch features ideal wildlife habitat. Mature stands of timber are interconnected through tree-line corridors. Biodiversity is enhanced through the miles of edge effect the propertys wood lots and fields boast. The habitat is an ideal blend of cover and open areas. The fields have been previously cultivated, and allow for the owner of the ranch to provide for the nutritional needs of the resident wildlife while reducing the carrying costs of supplemental feeding. Multiple water sources include four well stocked fishing ponds. Wildlife on the ranch include quality herds of white-tailed deer, elk, oryx and axis along with many other smaller native species.
