Primary Brush is Guajillo, Black Brush, Cenizo (Sage), Mountain Laurel and Mesquite with plentiful native grasses and Buffel Grass.

WILDLIFE

20 bred pasture does from 7C's Ranch were released in February of 2016. Some of which DNA'd back to DMP breeder bucks (9) . Two 160 class stocker bucks aged 2 and 3 were released in the Summer of 2016 from Rockstar Whitetails to cover does. Ranch owner has been managing the native existing herd and the ranch is currently under MLD Level 3 Status. Ranch has Turkey, Bobwhite quail, dove, Javelina, Hogs, and varmints.

There are a few existing pipeline easements in the SW Corner of the property and some OH Distribution Power line easements.
