This remotely situated tract is located in the Sedan area of south Wilcox County and southeast of the county seat of Camden.   It features merchantable pine and hardwood timber.  This area features outstanding hunting in addition to being a very good timber growing location. Gravel Creek is the primarily the east boundary of the tract. The tract is accessed by taking Highway 41 south of Camden to Sedan, and then going southeast on County Road 12 to a gravel road which leads to the property.  There is electric power located nearby but no public water.
