The topography consists of well-drained rolling hills with a creek drain running through the middle. Access is excellent with frontage to AR-Hwy 275 aka "Oakland Road" running along the western edge of the property. An old camp/home site once existed on the property with some utilities available along this highway; the property is within the Strong-Huttig School District. According to the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the soil composition of the property contains an assortment of fine sandy loams and Sacul-Sawyer Complex, which gives the tract an excellent weighted average site index of 90 feet for Loblolly Pine (base age 50).
