Topography:

Gently rolling terrain with sandy loam soil. Absolutely perfect habitat for quail and hunting with dogs. Habitat includes motted brush, excellent nesting habitat, and plenty of forage. Brush includes mesquite, blackbrush, granjeno, guayacan, and other native brush species.

Wildlife:

Fence:

There is a King Ranch style fence on the East boundary and barbed wire around the rest of the ranch. The fences on the South and West side need mending.

Electricity:

Electricity is on the west side of the ranch near the camp.

Water:

This is an excellent area for shallow groundwater of very good quality. There is one water well on the ranch with a submersible pump. The well is located on the west side of the ranch and is thought to be about 400 feet deep. This well is used to supplement the pond and supply water for the camp. The water well does need work. There is also a concrete water trough by the camp.

Minerals:

Owner does not own minerals. There is no production.
