The Rich Tract is located in Bamberg County approximately 9 miles south west of the Town of Bamberg. The tract is conveniently located between Hwy 321 and Hwy 301. The property is entirely wooded with merchantable natural timber. It has a good mix of both hardwood and pine with some of the pine being longleaf. This tract would make a great recreation tract, timber investment, possible sand mine or even a nice secluded home site. Most of the neighboring properties are large timber tracts. There are a few small tracts that could possibly be added to this tract over time. Power is available to the tract from the Starr Cemetery Road.
