Cornerville, AR 71667 - Lincoln County

The Cornerville 73 Tract is located approximately 11 miles southeast of Star City on the Lincoln/Cleveland County Line on the edge of the Hudgins Creek Bottoms. The tract was harvested in the summer of 2010. A large number of white-tailed deer and wild turkeys were seen while inspecting the property. This tract offers a great hunting and recreation opportunity at an affordable price. The soils on the tract offer very high site productivity for pine timber growth. The tract is accessed from the south off of Highway 11 through a gated road that reaches the southeast corner of the tract. The recent timber harvest created open areas for wildlife food plots and plenty of deer browse and cover habitat.
