The lodge has internet service and Direct TV; cell phone service is fair at the lodge area.

In addition to the lodge, there is a 3,000sq/ft metal pope barn. Situated on a concrete slab in the barn is a walk-in cooler and processing area.

Remarks: This ranch has been under the care of a wildlife biologist for 2 years and it shows in the upkeep and careful conservation of the ranch and the wildlife habitat therein.
