TRACT DESCRIPTIONS

Tract 1: 10 ac Has approximately 600 ft. of frontage on Trammel Road. This tract lies near the northwest edge of the Village of Harlan, IN, and lends itself well for commercial or residential development. An apartment complex is directly across the road to the south. Light industrial entities such as pallet manufacturing and cabinet shops are close by, as well as a storage facility. A 10 in. city water main runs along the south edge of Trammel Road and city sewer is close by at the junction of Trammel and Antwerp Roads. It then follows Antwerp Road west. The soil types are Blount and Pewamo, approximately 55% Blount and 45% Pewamo. This tract is currently zoned agricultural.
