Currently managed as a timberland investment, stand types include approximately 58 acres of two-year-old planted pines, with the balance in streamside management zones along a perennial stream. The pine plantation is third-generation improved loblolly pine planted at 545 trees/acre. No expense was spared on site preparation and planting, and seedling survival and growth appears to be excellent. An excellent road and trail system provides full access to the entire property.
