Location: The ranch is located south of Big Wells, Texas in Dimmit County with 1700 feet of frontage on paved FM 1019.

Description: This ranch is located in the famous Golden Triangle of south Texas known for producing trophy white-tailed deer. It features the highly valued red soils with an excellent variety of native brush including bull mesquite, huge live oaks, granjeno, brazil, and black brush; as well as, several different native grasses.
