In order to assist in settling the Mary Beth Kercheval Estate, the Kercheval Family Trust has authorized Kurtz Auction & Realty Company to sell the following to the highest bidder:

This farm is mostly flat to gently rolling cropland.

The predominate soil types are Belknap, Loring and Collins Silt Loam.

The farm is rented for the 2012 crop year and the buyer will receive the landlords 1/3 share of the 2012 crops.

Minerals: The sellers will convey whatever mineral rights they may own and believed they own them all.

The barn along Kercheval Lane will be reserved for removal for a period of 24 months.
