It will be hard to find a better hunting property of this size in the county.  Atoka county is known for its large dense white-tail deer.   Approximately 15 mol acres could be farmed.  You could run 10-15 animal units and cut and bale the 15 acres for winter feed.  The timbered areas of the property have ATV trails throughout.  The property has some small elevation changes that make the land seem much bigger.  There are 3 ways to access the property, 2 off of Highway 7 and one access on Wilson Lane.  There are a couple of ideal places to build your dream house.  Pasture grasses on this ranch include Bermuda, Native, Bahia, and Rye.   There are blackberry bushes and sand plums throughout the land.  You’ll find white-tail deer, turkey, and hogs love the timbered areas of the property.  The property is quiet and feels very secluded!   Boggy Depot State Park  is 5 miles away.  

The town of Wapanucka is 2.5 miles away.  Wapanucka is a small friendly community.  Population approximately 530.  Wapanucka has a post office, gas station, Dollar General, café, and a school.  

The town of Atoka is about 14 miles away.  Atoka has several chain restaurants, a small Wal-Mart, a grocery store, a hospital, and businesses of every kind.  Atoka has a population of approximately 3,000.
