Located on Goldfinch road approximately 14 miles east of Pearsall, Tx.

This is a highly productive farm with excellent soil and an irrigation system built with ease and effieciency of operation in mind. Currently 6 center pivot irrigation systems water approximately 545 acres. Water is supplied by one 200hp Carrizo well and one 150hp Carrizo well. Both of these wells are capable of producing 1000gpm and above. All water and power transmission to pivots is underground. Through a network of valves water can be directed to any pivot from any well.

The remaining acreage consists of improved grasses including coastal and klein and one brush pasture. A recently remodeled bunkhouse and submersible well are located on the northeast corner of the farm. The submersible supplies water to the bunkhouse and livestock. A large storage tank at one of the irrigation wells assists in the watering of livestock.

An additional 683 acre farm is available for sale across the county road. This farm has a similar irrigation network and both farms are connected via underground mainline. The two farms are currently operated as one.
