Located from Overton, 4 miles west on HWY 30, then miles south on Road 440.

About: Excellent pivot irrigated crop land with Class 1 Rated Soils. Farm includes a 2009 T&L 7 tower pivot with two electric wells. There is a well in the central portion of the field with new underground pipe and electric wire to the pivot center point. This well has had recent repairs with a reconditioned motor and was test pumped at 900GPM.

There is a second well near the west edge of the farm which gravity irrigates the southwest corner. In 2022, the well was pulled and installed a reconditioned motor.

The 2009 T&L pivot includes 11.2-38 tires with many of the tires being replaced recently. The nozzles were replaced in 2021.
