Location: Tract 1 is north of Dimmitt 6 miles .8 east on FM 2397.

Tract 2 is north of Dimmitt 11.25 miles, 1 mile east on CR 603 and 1 mile north on CR 514 to the southwest corner of the property.

These two tracts of CRP have been renewed for new 10 year contracts. Tract 1 is approximately 376 acres with 372.5 acres enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program at a rate of $39.24 per acre through September 30, 2022. Tract 2 consists of 410 acres +/- and has 346.5 acres enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program at a rate of $41.17 per acre through September 30, 2022. The owner states that one of the tracts needs no enhancement or grasses sown and the other only has to have a grass mix sown into the existing grass. These are nice level properties with mostly Pullman A soil. Tract 1 has some Estacado A and both properties have shallow playas on them. Either or both of these properties would make excellent CRP investments or provide a good home to a cow/calf operation!
