This farm is a gently rolling farm located in west central Jasper County. The soils are primarily Downs, Kilduff and Ackmore-Colo. The farm appears to be well maintained with good waterways placed where needed. The land slopes primarily to the west and takes some water from the farm to the east. The subject farm is farmed in conjunction with the farm to the east but has been surveyed so the lines will be established for the 2011 crop year. There is a small portion of land in the southeast corner that is in pasture as part of the land to the east but is part of the land for sale. Full possession on 3/1/11 for all the land and possibly before that for fall fieldwork.
