This nice tract of grassland is located approximately 2 miles south of Afton on an all-weather road. It is fenced and cross fenced with five-strand barbed wire and steel posts. There is an excellent stand of Bermuda and native grass with enough mesquite to provide good cover for deer, quail and other wildlife. There are three wells as well as a pond that is filled with one of the wells. There are a number of nice locations to build a home.
